2021 DUGOyanihan is a bloodletting activity of the University Health Service, Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Community Affairs, University of the Philippines Los Baños in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross-Laguna Chapter held last 16 July 2021 at the Bahay Bayani, UHS Compound .

The UPLB Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs conducted the 5th university-wide forum on depression and suicide, titled "HOPE V," virtually, with the theme "Of Mental Health in an Unequal World." The event attracted 1,000 participants from UPLB and other institutions, aiming to raise awareness of mental health issues and provide intervention strategies. The resource speakers, Dr. Rodney Boncajes and Dr. Alexandra Jean Palis, discussed community-based mental health services and mental health self-care in the pandemic, respectively, emphasizing the importance of addressing mental health concerns.

The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) has offered its gymnasium as a COVID-19 vaccination center in partnership with local government units in Los Baños and Bay, Laguna. UPLB personnel and residents in priority categories have already received their first vaccine doses on campus, and UPLB medical professionals and support staff are assisting in the vaccination efforts. The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) praised this initiative, emphasizing the importance of vaccinating higher education institution personnel to ensure the smooth processing of students' documents and the continued provision of essential education services.
